AI business operations assistant

  • AI assistant that connects to business tools (Shopify, WordPress, Stripe, HubSpot, and others) and operates them from a chat interface.
  • Built a custom multi-tenant MCP client so tenants can plug in any remote MCP server and use its tools as live agent tools, with OAuth discovery, SSRF hardening, and approval gating by default.
  • Added retrieval-augmented memory over a Weaviate vector store, embedding and retrieving workspace context each turn to ground the agent's responses.
  • Built a LangGraph agent with model routing across multiple LLM providers, picking a model per task based on capability and cost, with usage metered per customer.
  • WhatsApp integration with interactive approval buttons, so the assistant can be used entirely over chat.
  • Deployed the multi-tenant app on AWS with CI/CD on GitHub Actions, on a FastAPI and React stack with PostgreSQL.
